Marriage & Relationships

Marriage isn’t easy.

Many of my couples come to see me because the passion has disappeared, the responsibilities of life leave them with very little time and energy, and many small or one large conflict are unresolved.

If you see yourself in this story, you have come to the right place. I have worked with many couples over the years who find me as a last ditch effort to “save” their relationship. Many have gone to couples therapy and have found they do not connect with the practitioner, and some have found that it was helpful in the moment, yet the connection they have found fades and they find themselves back in the same place.

I enjoy helping couples discover who they are as partners to each other and figure out what they want out of their relationship together. Figuring out how to live in harmony is difficult sometimes - doing the dance that we call long term relationship and/or marriage is finding balance. The balance of knowing oneself, knowing your partner, meeting your own personal needs, asking for your needs to be met and having the skills to cope with tough emotions and communicate through the unresolved.
